Located 6 miles NE of Pagosa Springs, Colorado in the San Juan River Resort, this property offers the convenience of being close to town along with the mountain setting of the forest. Wolf Creek skiing is only 20 minutes away and the San Juan River is less than 10 minutes from your door step. Property abuts the San Juan National forest so step out the back door and enjoy - or venture to the local kiddie pond and try your luck at fishing. After your outdoor adventures, there is plenty of room to spread out with 3 floors and 2300 sqft of living space. Play a board game or sharpen your ping pong and foosball skills. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view or read a book. The options are many. Property is managed by the owner which provides a more personal touch and better guest experience.
