HOUSE LAYOUT:

As you enter the home you are greeted by a large open floor plan with the dining room to your right and spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen with a large island and seating straight ahead. Past the living room is the first bedroom with a comfy Queen size bed on your right and a full bathroom on your left. Down the hall is the kids game room followed by the pool table room and covered patio. To the left of the pool table is the primary suite with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. Next to the primary bedroom you'll find the bunk room with two full size beds. To the right is the 4th bedroom with a second queen size bed. Exit the pool table room onto the huge covered patio to relax with your morning coffee or gather with friends and family next to the cozy firepit in the evening. The deck with a the BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and the bubbling hot tub is just a few steps to your left.

- Must be 25 years old. If you are under 25 years old you must obtain written permission from iTrip to rent this property.

- Pet Friendly-Must notify us of pets and pay the $35/night per pet fee and sign the pet agreement. Failure to do so will result in a fine in addition to the nightly pet fees.

- Hot tub rules and instructions are posted at the home. The homeowner has invested in this popular amenity for your enjoyment. As with the rest of the home, please treat it with care and respect. Abuse of the hot tub WILL result in additional charges which can range from the cost to drain and clean the hot tub to repairing damage and replacing broken/damaged parts. Damage and additional cleaning due hot tub abuse is avoidable therefore NOT covered by the limited damage waiver. Do not allow children to use the hot tub unsupervised. You must report any accidental damage immediately.
