2 Sleeper sofas; one in upstairs living room and another in 2nd living room

This is such a great place in Pagosa! We were there with a group of high school seniors skiing and boarding for the week, party of 6. It’s hard to find a place that has the space, beds, and most importantly 3 full bathrooms. We will be back for sure! Wolf Creek is an annual pilgrimage for us and we’ll try to lock this place down for future visits.

This place was amazing with all the amenities. The house was super clean and generously loaded with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time at the Hot Springs and the house is very baby proof for little ones. Steve was great at communicating and very kind and generous. We will definitely be back. This sparkling white snow is beautiful and the views from the front and the back deck were amazing.
