Includes a beach chair on the private beach section during the season from May 1 to September 30. Wi-Fi and access to the building’s sauna. Garage parking space right in the building. Ideal for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy your vacation in this high-quality, comfortably furnished 2-room apartment with underfloor heating, spanning 52 m². This beachfront apartment features a spacious and bright layout and accommodates 2–3 people. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. In addition, the building features a sauna, which is available for a fee.
As a special highlight, a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 1 through September 30.
The apartment features a tastefully furnished living and dining area that invites you to relax and unwind. Of course, the apartment also features free Wi-Fi. All windows can be darkened with exterior blinds.
A spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a closet offers plenty of storage space.
A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet rounds out this beautiful vacation apartment.
Should you need to do laundry during your vacation, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.
You can park your car for the entire duration of your stay in the apartment’s private garage, which has direct access to the building, as the well-maintained residential complex where your vacation home is located is about 700 m from the town center and 200 m from the beach access. Here you’ll find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, yet you’re still just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The town center, with its shopping options and numerous restaurants, is just under a 10-minute walk away.
There’s a bus stop right outside the door, Whether you’re heading from the main train station to Duhnen or toward the city of Cuxhaven, you can hop on and off here with ease and reach your destination effortlessly.
You can securely lock your bicycles in the bike storage room or use the two bikes that come with the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. The apartment is located in the beautiful spa town of Duhnen. Just a few minutes’ walk from the North Sea, you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze right outside your door. Explore the area with its shopping options, numerous restaurants, and recreational activities.
