About this apartment rental
This beautiful 2-room apartment lets you forget about your everyday life; you and up to 2 other people can fully enjoy your vacation. This cozy, non-smoking 2-room vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Poseidon building in Cuxhaven-Duhnen and can accommodate 3 people. The vacation rental is easily accessible by elevator. Additionally, the sandy beach and the heated seawater outdoor pool Steinmarne are just a 3-minute walk away.
A small entryway inside the vacation apartment provides access to the modernized and newly renovated bathroom with a large shower stall and a walk-in shower, the separate bedroom, and the living room with an integrated kitchenette.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as dressers for storing your personal belongings. The kitchenette integrated into the living room is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven. From the living room, you can also access the covered balcony with a view toward the Döse neighborhood, which invites you to relax.
The separate bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
The building has a washer and dryer available for a fee, and you can store your bicycles in the building’s bicycle storage room. You can also use the sauna (for a fee), which was completely renovated in 2020, along with its relaxation room and showers.
An outdoor parking space is available for your car. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.
Check-in is daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. – Return keys to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
