About this house rental

A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this smoke-free vacation home lets you experience it all. Cuxhaven Beach is within an easy 6-minute walk and Duhnen Beach is also a quick 7-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 700-sq-ft vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchenette, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too.

Haus Steinmarne ist in SEHR gepflegtem Zustand und bot für 3 Erwachsene + 1 Baby (6M) ausreichend Platz. Die geringe Grundfläche ist höchsteffizient ausgenutzt und es wird - außer in der zu kleinen Miniküche - nie eng. Neben das Ehebett passt genau ein (mitgebrachtes) Baby-Bay, man kann aber -auch noch spontan- ein Kinderbett bekommen. Das Kinderzimmer ist größenmäßig wirklich nur für 2 Kinder oder 1 Erwachsenen (Oma) geeignet. Super, dass es 2 WCs gibt! Eins oben im Bad, eins unten neben der WaMa, auf der man gut eine Wickelstation einrichten kann. Das W-LAN läuft im EG flott und einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt inmitten vieler Ferienhäuschen gleicher Bauart. Zufahrt/Poseidonweg sind verkehrsberuhigt u. gefahrlos bespielbar. Trotz der engen Bebauung hat man seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre, auch im TOP-gepflegten und TOP-ausgestatteten Garten. Ein Aldi (sogar So. 10-18 Uhr geöffnet), Bäcker, Metzger und Getränkemarkt sind in 5 Minuten-Laufweite (den Schleichweg dahin erklärt die Vermieterin), ebenso der Deich/Strandzugang mit Korbverleih, Eis/Pommes, WC/Dusche und Bimmelbahn-Stop. Der Sandstrand ist über eine Rampe barrierefrei zugänglich. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Duhnen oder mit PKW in Cuxhaven. Empfehlen können wir die Fischbörse und die Lagerverkäufe für Jacken im Hafen sowie den Cuxhavener Wochenmarkt am Mittwoch. Pastinake sucht man übrigens in ganz Cuxhaven vergebens. Wer dennoch Babybrei frisch zubereiten möchte, muss seinen eigenen Stabmixer mitbringen. Die Vermieterin wohnt 50m weiter und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Mit ihr hatten wir auch vorab alles geklärt, sodass die irgendwie inhaltslose (und damit nutzlose) FeWo-direkt Internetseite (+Login) nicht weiter gestört hat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und können das Haus Steinmarne nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, modernes und gemütliches Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett, auch schon im Vorfeld. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich weiterempfehlen! Weiter so!
