The all inclusive service was excellent. Our superior garden room was very good and allowed us to sit outside in a quiet area.
Nothing other than the wine served in the restaurants was very poor quality.

Air Con did not work properly & awful sewage smell from shower for over half of the holiday Both reported to Reception and maintenance came out but never really sorted Queues at Bars , not enough staff to cope , paid for AI prestige so luckily could go to prestige bar and help myself to drinks ( might as well rent a villa ) Food very repetitive and hit & miss if pork / chicken cooked properly Only made breakfast a few times but as AI + am supposed to offered coffee / tea at table , never happened, lucky to get knifes & forks Entertainment pretty poor and hasn't really changed in the 15 years I have been coming here Used to love this Hotel but very disappointed in latest visit
