    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Resort in Lanzarote for my first visit to the island, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was impeccably maintained, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect—close to all the key attractions and stunning sights, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and tranquility. It made exploring the island effortless while providing a serene escape when I wanted to unwind. The staff were a standout feature of the experience. They were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from day one. The hotel also boasted fantastic facilities, including a beautiful pool area, well-equipped gym, and excellent dining options. Whether I wanted to relax by the pool or explore the island, this hotel offered everything I could have asked for. Overall, my stay in Lanzarote was made unforgettable thanks to this amazing hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

    Great resort. But as a 5 star I thought it may be a bit more lux. The fragrance of the toiletries wasn't that nice but the size is great. Unfortunately some of the other items weren't replaced. Packs were opened not used than taken when room made up. Staff were great and friendly.
