About this house rental
Escape to the serene countryside with a stay at Cherry Trees. Our charming home offers the perfect blend of rustic tranquillity and modern comfort, ideal for a peaceful getaway or a family retreat.
A 3 bedroom house that sleeps 6, and a separate annexe that sleeps 2 (+ 1 child). The annexe is brand new and finished to a high standard! The garden is great for everyone, there is a wood-fired hot tub, a picnic area and a swing! It's a great space to entertain!
The space
Cherry Trees is a spacious 3-bedroom house, thoughtfully designed to provide a cosy and inviting atmosphere.
There is a separate one-bedroom annexe. The annexe is newly built and finished to a high standard throughout. It has all the latest mod cons - electric blinds, hot water tap and cinema room. There is a wood burner stove in the lounge and bi-fold doors that open out to the garden.
It sleeps 2 and also has a spare bed if you desire (you must book the extra bed before you arrive).
The two homes are great for multi-generational families.
The Main Home:
Living Area: A warm and welcoming living room featuring plush seating, and a flat-screen TV.
Access out to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while looking out to the fells.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area for eight, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
3 bedrooms - Two double bedrooms and one room with king-size bunk beds! Bunk beds are only suitable for children.
Bathrooms: large corner bath and walk-in shower! All guests get free fresh linen, bathrobes and slippers!
The annexe - has one double bedroom, and an additional bed could be made for a child upon request.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property and garden. We offer self-check-in with a lockbox for your convenience, and we are always available via phone or messaging for any assistance you may need.
Other things to note
- No smoking inside the property.
- Pets are welcome but please notify us in advance (two small dogs a separate pet fee will be charged).
- Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
- You can book the house and annexe separately - Please message to discuss prices.
- The main house has two double bedrooms, and one room with bunk beds which are doubles.
- Bunk Beds are only suitable for kids.
- Annexe has one double bedroom.
