The sitting area has French doors to the garden/communal garden courtyard (the old farmyard). There is a wood burner in the sitting area for cosy evenings and a large dining table.
The Wash House sits on the edge of a small village in the charming north Norfolk countryside, just 2½ miles inland from the beautiful coast. The property is equidistant between the lovely Georgian market town of Holt full of antique shops, galleries and coffee stops, and the bustling seaside town of Sheringham (think buckets and spades, fish and chips and ice creams) which even has a steam railway.
