Suite 5 offers a peaceful primary bedroom with a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom. Just above, a connected loft with a twin bed provides a cozy additional sleeping space—perfect for a child or extra guest. A second bedroom features two single beds and its own en suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for everyone in your group.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No shoes are permitted beyond the mudroom area
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 11pm-7am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
