The villa also provides a secure garage for one vehicle, with three additional private parking spaces right in front of the property.
First Floor – The Heart of the Villa: This floor boasts a spacious, open-plan living room connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors lead to a grand terrace with comfortable lounge seating—the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while overlooking the blue horizon. This level also houses two elegant double bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom and private balcony access.
Second Floor – Private Sanctuary: On the second floor, you will find two more luxury double bedrooms. Each comes with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony, offering every guest a quiet corner to relax with the sea breeze.
Rooftop Terrace – The Crown Jewel
The highlight of your stay awaits on the very top. Our rooftop swimming pool is surrounded by a sun deck, offering spectacular, unobstructed views of Župa Dubrovačka and the sea. This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
