Fantastic location

We had a wonderful time the location is incredible we had a multigenerational group with grandparents and teenage grandchildren. We stayed for a week and didn’t do the same thing twice there are many beaches and bays to visit. No hire car needed and only 20 mins from the airport and Davor kindly arranged a taxi for us. All the rooms have their own bathrooms and beautiful views. The house is split into two flats which worked well for our group. With easy access by boat to Dubrovnik

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very quick to react to our queries and the two flats were very comfortable. Big plus that each family had their own bathroom and the big terrace was brilliant!

We had to improvise a safety gate for the smaller children because of the many stairs, but worked well in the end. To keep in mind if you have small children.

Perfetta per stare in famiglia!

Casa davvero accogliente, la proprietaria ha pensato a tutto: dalle asciugamani da mare alle tavole da surf. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un pacco di biscotti sul tavolo e una bottiglia di vino già fresca in frigo, un pensiero molto gradito. La Jacuzzi è stata senza dubbio il punto forte, con l’idromassaggio perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. La posizione della casa non era affatto male. A circa 6 minuti a piedi si trovavano due spiaggette. La prima attrezzata, con ombrelloni e divanetti, anche se un po’ costosa: una singola sdraio senza ombrellone costava 15 €, mentre un divanetto da 4/6 posti arrivava a 250 €, comprensivo di cibo e bevande. Su questa spiaggia era anche possibile praticare attività in acqua come il noleggio della moto d’acqua. Poco più avanti c’era invece una spiaggia libera, molto più accessibile, con ombrelloni disponibili a 5 € e un piccolo chioschetto lungo la strada per rinfrescarsi. La zona era comoda anche per i servizi: a 5 minuti a piedi c’era un minimarket per le necessità quotidiane, mentre in 10-15 minuti si raggiungeva un centro commerciale con un supermercato più grande al suo interno.

Niezła lokalizacja. Spory taras zewnętrzny.

Wynajmując cały obiekt wynajmuje się 2 niezależne piętra, aby dostać się do wyższej partii trzeba przebrnąć przez dodatkowe schody, kładkę nad podwyższeniem, by dotrzeć do drzwi które znajdują się po przeciwnej stronie nieruchomości. Przy małych dzieciach liczba schodów, kładka i brak kontaktu wzrokowego jest niebezpieczny. Taka opcja bardziej pasuje 2 zaprzyjaźnionym rodzinom: bylibyście razem, ale osobno 😝. Jacuzzi nie bylo, rzekomo było niesprawne, właściciel rozwiązał problem w późniejszym terminie. O grillu i czystości tego archaicznego miejsca nie wspomnę, w każdym razie polecam zabrać jednorazowe grille, bo … wierzcie mi będziecie zadowoleni z jednorazówek, których nie mogłam znaleźć w okolicznych sklepach. Obsługa mocno przeciętna, dramatyczna godzina wykwaterowania :D nigdy tak rano nie musieliśmy opuszczać wynajmowanej nieruchomości. Stosunek cena/ jakość mocno zawyżony, to zwykły dom, który ma być rzekomo willą. W ostatnim roku byliśmy rodzinnie w 7 miejscach w Chorwacji, wszystkie oceniane przez użytkowników na powyżej 9/10, to jedne miejsce było dużym rozczarowaniem. Nie lubię wystawiać negatywnych opinii, ale zdecydowałam się oszczędzić kolejnym podróżujących utraty komfortu wakacji.
