Welcome to Villa Lav Lux, a brand New modern and elegant residence located just 500 meters from a picturesque bay filled with beaches, restaurants, parks, and a seaside promenade. Only 10 km from Dubrovnik Airport and 8 km from Dubrovnik’s famous Old Town, the villa is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and exploration, combining Mediterranean charm with luxury comfort.
Villa Lav Lux is an Elegant Residence with Heated Pool, a luxurious 300m² home with an additional 650m² of outdoor space designed for comfort, style, and relaxation on the Adriatic coast.
The villa features four ensuite bedrooms and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests.
The ground floor features a bright living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom, along with a separate ensuite bedroom for two with its own private entrance.
One level below, guests can enjoy a fitness and entertainment space equipped with gym essentials, table tennis, darts, table football and a shower.
The first floor offers three spacious ensuite bedrooms, 2 guests per bedroom, each with a working desk and direct access to a large connected balcony, while the master bedroom of 30m² also includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two extra guests.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and a private garden, with a large dining table, Gas barbecue, solar shower, and a 50m² heated infinity pool with sun loungers. With private parking, elegant interiors and modern amenities, Villa Lav Lux is the perfect choice for families, groups of friends or business travelers seeking a stylish and comfortable Mediterranean getaway.

Just a 5-minute walk downhill takes you to a picturesque bay filled with beaches, seaside restaurants, and a park with a children’s playground. The nearest beaches are about 500 meters away, where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas. A minimarket and bakery are located only 200 meters from the villa, while additional restaurants can be found within 500 meters. Within 1.5 km, guests will find a post office, shopping mall with a large supermarket, and a gas station.
The villa is very well connected to Dubrovnik by local bus, with a bus stop just 100 meters away and departures every 30 minutes. In addition, a pier located about 1 km away offers regular boat connections directly to Dubrovnik’s Old Town and nearby islands.

We had the perfect holiday! We were lucky to be one of the first people to experience this brand new villa, and were really nicely welcomed by Miho, a truly brilliant owner and host, who had clearly poured his heart into making a beautiful holiday home. He gave us a nice intro to the local area, which set us up for the week ahead.The location in Mlini is superb, being halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, but has it's own identity, with really nice restaurants, bars and beach areas along a mile-long promenade. Taxi boats are available to take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat at very regular intervals, if you prefer to the bus. A shopping centre is in walking distance with a large supermarket, but also two much closer convenience stores and bakery. The walk up and down to the promenade keeps you fit, so weaker legs might prefer a taxi back (very cheap and easy via Uber).The (heated) pool was the highlight for our kids, who spent several hours in there every day. The outside furniture is super comfy and very high quality, and there are plenty of sunny and shaded areas at all times of the day. The interior is similarly very high standard with excellent furniture and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms all have en suites with powerful showers, top quality mattresses, and loads of towels in every bathroom. The shutters and AC throughout also ensured we were always the right temperature.We can't wait to come back to Villa Lav Lux and explore this beautiful part of the world

We stayed here as a group of 5 adults and 2 kids for a couple of nights in April, just before continuing our trip, and honestly wished we had booked longer.The villa is really beautiful, very comfortable, spacious and well laid out. The heated pool was excellent, especially at that time of year and kids also enjoyed the downstairs space with the table tennis and small gym, which was a nice extra.The location worked perfectly for us, there’s a lovely bay just a 5-minute walk away, and Dubrovnik Old Town is only about a 10-minute drive.
