Sea-view Villa, completely fenced, with private pool, beautiful terraces and outdoor dining area. Spacious and fully equipped accommodates 12 guests. Perfect location makes all local attractions easily accessible, 5 min walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, bakery with fresh bread and a grocery store. Dubrovnik old town is just 15 min drive and also Dubrovnik airport. Villa Vera is a unique stone Villa with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room , separate TV room, kitchen,dinning room and aditional kitchen and living room . The villa's outdoor areas include a private pool, three terraces to enjoy the sun and an outdoor dining area by the pool. All rooms and spaces are air conditioned. The Villa offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea to enjoy sunrise and sunsets.
Situated in Mlini, southern Dalmatian town with beautiful beaches, a promenade by the sea and charming little fishing boat harbor from where you can water taxi to the Old Town of Dubrovnik or lovely Cavtat and back from May to October.

Bedroom & Layout: Ground Floor - 2 double bedrooms (the master bedroom has an en-suite with shower), and a twin room. One bathroom with the shower and washing machine.
First Floor - 1 twin bedroom and one double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room, dinning room, kitchen, terrace dinning area and the pool.
On the second floor there is two bedroom apartment with balcony, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Features: great views out across the Adriatic, very comfortable interior and pool!
Balconies: one overlooking the sea from the living room, terrace on ground floor, pool area on the firs floor.
