This is a charming 4-bedroom Villa featuring a private swimming pool. This amazing Villa for rent is located in Župa Dubrovačka, offering a serene view of the surrounding hills. It represents an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay while discovering Dubrovnik and its region.
The Villa is spread over two floors. The ground floor includes a beautifully furnished terrace, a spacious living room, a dining area, an equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. From the ground floor, you can access a lovely garden with a private swimming pool, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing day on vacation. Ground floor also features two elegant bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with a queen-size bed.
The second floor features another living room and kitchen, along with two king-size bedrooms, both with balconies. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom on this floor. The balconies are perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings.
Additional note: The second floor is accessed via an external staircase; there is no internal connection to the second floor.

Župa Dubrovačka is located approximately a 15 minute drive from Dubrovnik. The area is perfect for swimming, with several beaches to choose from. After a day of swimming, you can enjoy delicious seafood at one of the nearby restaurants. A grocery shop, shopping center (Sub City Dubrovnik), bus stop with a line to Dubrovnik, ATM, bars, and restaurants are all within a short walking distance from the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
