About this house rental
Welcome to Huus Utspann—arrive, let go, take a deep breath. Here, you’ll find space for relaxing days, freedom, and a slower pace of life. Simply Utspann.
This cozy and modernly designed house is centrally located on the island of Nordstrand and, with approximately 70 square meters of living space, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation as a couple, with family, or with close friends. The house is designed to accommodate up to four people and features a clear layout and a warm, nautical design. Your four-legged friends are also warmly welcome here.
The first floor features an open-concept living and dining area. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and create a pleasant, open atmosphere. The exposed wooden beam ceiling adds character to the room and emphasizes the Nordic style. The living area is comfortably furnished and equipped with a smart TV. From here, you have direct access to the furnished outdoor patio, which is ideal for al fresco dining or quiet moments in the fresh air. A beach chair complements the outdoor area.
Also on the first floor is the separate, fully equipped kitchen. In addition to a coffee maker, dishwasher, and freezer space, there is also a washing machine here. The nautically themed shower room with a toilet rounds out the living space on this level.
Two bedrooms await you on the upper floor. One is furnished with a double bed, and the second with two single beds. Both rooms are bright and quiet, offering pleasant retreats after an eventful day on the island.
A carport is available right next to the house for your vehicle. Electric cars can be charged at the on-site wall box for a fee.
Bedding and towels can be booked as optional extras.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
