The Westwind vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Kapitänshus and sits directly on the outer dike. This unique location offers a wide, unobstructed view over the dike toward the Halligen, the island of Pellworm, and the open North Sea. The ocean view accompanies your stay here almost constantly, making the vastness of the North Sea an integral part of the living experience.
The approximately 38-square-meter apartment is furnished for two people and features a calm, clearly structured design. Natural wood elements in the furniture lend the rooms a warm, pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a closet, offering a well-organized, uncluttered retreat for restful nights. A fiber-optic internet connection is also available, adding to the apartment’s comfort.
The kitchen-dining area forms the heart of the apartment. The dining table is positioned right by the window, offering an unobstructed view of the outdoors, so that meals are always accompanied by the coastal landscape and the sea. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering during your vacation and includes, among other things, a coffee maker and a freezer. From the kitchen-dining area, you have direct access to the bright and inviting shower room.
An exterior door leads to the shared laundry room, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. There is also a bike storage room with charging stations for e-bikes.
Bed linens and towels can be booked as optional extras.
For larger travel groups or friends traveling together, there are additional apartments in the same building with enough space for all your guests. “Deichläufer” accommodates up to four people, “Frische Brise” accommodates three, and “Halligblick” accommodates two.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 1:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
