You'll have two large penthouse gulf-front balconies, with beach access on the first floor. Edgewater is centrally located within the heart of Panama City Beach. The complex itself is beautiful and offers a golf course, a full-service spa, 11 swimming pools, six reflecting ponds, four whirlpool spas, a Polynesian-style lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, half a mile of private beach, water sports (jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, kayak, chartered boats), two oceanside restaurants and bars, gift shop and ice cream shop, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side (summer only), and 24-hour security.
