LOCATION: On Front Beach Road this unit sits right on the beach overlooking the amazing lagoon pool, children's sprinkler area, etc... . You are just minutes away from Pier Park. Parking is so easy - no parking decks!
EDGEWATER BEACH & GOLF RESORT: Edgewater offers 110 acres of golf, tennis, shuffleboard, spa, fitness center, aerobics room, 11 swimming pools including our Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool, which offers an open free-form surface area and elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself. The Lagoon Pool is located at Tower 1 (just below our balcony) and is enhanced with 45,000 square feet of deck space along with fiber optic lighting. We also have 4 whirlpool spas. Everything is in walking distance, they offer complementary shuffle to transport you around the complex. Armbands are required for all guests over the age of 10. Ed’s Beach Service provides daily lounge, chair, and umbrella rental service. Located on our campus: Ocean‘s Bar & Grill - provides private gulf-front dining with live music seasonally, a large tiki bar and delectable dishes to please all palates.Starbucks- located on property. Paradise Pizza offers snacks and drinks that are sure to please the whole family. Blenders - located right on the Lagoon Pool Deck next to Ocean‘s Bar & Grill, offers premium frozen drinks to quench your thirst while you sunbathe. Edgie‘s Corner Market try out one of the 16 flavors of delicious ice cream or have a cup of Starbucks brewed coffee.
WHO MAY RENT: Families and Retirees are welcome. No Spring Breakers Please! This is a FAMILY COMPLEX. You must be 25 years of age to rent and we require ID. The renter must occupy the unit (no parents renting for their children) No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit! We are not required to accept emotional support animals *short term rentals are exempt and we do not allow them.
Our Unit: Our 8th Floor Unit is Beach Front located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the lagoon pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Edgewater condos have a beach or Lagoon Pool view, ours has both! It also has a Direct Gulf Front unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and master bedroom. The kitchen is nicely equipped. It has a refrigerator w/ ice maker, microwave vent hood, washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposer. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher. We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.
SLEEPING - We have three bedrooms that sleep 9 in beds. We also have a sleeper sofa, but we do NOT provide the sheets or pillows for the sleeper. You are welcome to bring a max of 11 people if you wish to bring and extra set of Queen sheets.
THE BALCONY: The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the gulf front master bedroom or the den. We have a table with 4 sling back chairs as well as a lounge chair and side table..
AMENITIES: Free high speed internet is provided. Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath with bath towels provided for 9. All of our four TV's are smart so Netflix is a click away for those long nights or rainy days. You'll enjoy the many amenities that Edgewater has to offer. The complex is a true resort with tennis, golf, restaurants, Starbucks, Pizza, spa, gym, etc.. (some charge a fee for use)
PARKING: You be pre-registered at the front gate. They will give you your parking pass and armbands. We will handle your registration.
There Is Absolutely No Smoking And No Pets Are Allowed. You Must Be At Least 25 Years Old To Rent At Edgewater. We look forward to hearing from you.
