Edgewater 609 is a beautifully finished beachfront vacation condo in Panama City Beach with stunning views of the gulf and overlooks the Lagoon Pool of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort's Tower I. The master bedroom features a king bed with floor to ceiling walls in the master bedroom sitting area to enjoy the sunrise or sunset while relaxing. The master also has access to the balcony overlooking the Lagoon Pool with beautiful beachfront views of the Gulf Of Mexico.
There are 2 queen beds in bedroom two with an additional sleeper sofa in the common area. Enjoy the comforts of home with two gorgeous full bathrooms, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and plenty of space for you and the family or friends. Unit 609 will become your annual vacation destination after spending a week at this beachfront condo!
Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits you can find in a vacation rental condo with multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.

Property was as advertised and clean. The AC unit required repair and the washing machine selector dial didnnnn't function properly. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Condo was very clean, it was easy to book online. Check in and out easy. Owners respond quickly to any questions you may have. Will stay there again my next trip. It is located close to shops, and restaurants. You will love the view from the balcony.

Overall the property was well kept,but I expected the same cleanliness as the property we stayed at last year. That was not the case. The condo smelled of musk/mildew. I would’ve blamed this on the guest before but I don’t believe that was the case. I refused to wash any personal items in the washer due to the buildup of mildew along the edge of the washer itself. Every room had a very pungent odor. This was shocking because the last room that we stayed in,owned by the same group,was EXTREMELY well kept and so bright! This room had almost NO interior lighting.. so everything was very dim during our stay. The room loooed like it hadn’t been swept and our linens were questionable as if they were washed. The couch smelled horrible as I assume wet bathing suits had been on it. Overall,I believe it has potential but the wonders need to intervene and have a look for themselves.
