Everything was as advertised. Only fall back was water pressure in the kitchen was super low. But the showers had plenty of pressure

Condo was decently clean but definitely still had gritty floors from previous sand-y guests. A few areas were skipped it looked like when they cleaned, but overall a great location and comfortable spot for a group to spread out. The kitchen was fairly equipped and even had some unexpected extras (like a crockpot) but missed some things I'd consider basic, like a large sheet pan and maybe a hand-held mixer. We cooked alot for our group, so that wasn't ideal but we made it work either way. The beach view was awesome and we spent lots of time on the balcony when in the condo. Beds were comfortable and tower 2 is the perfect location to enjoy the beach with ease!

BEDS BEDS and you guessed it more beds. Great unit. Beautiful view. Edgewater is your best vacation spot. Book it and enjoy a worry free vacation.

Amazing beach front/ocean view. Needs to fire cleaning company. Literally stripped beds, washed linens on first night. Purchased mod and cleaner to clean floors. Would have been nice to have had a vacuum cleaner to keep sand up. Poor water pressure/ hot water in kitchen. Other faucets fine. Luckily I took my griddle, no large frying pan.
