Welcome to Edgewater 810, located in Tower One! This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of southern charm. You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and some of the best sunsets you will find anywhere.
This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths. The gulf-facing spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath as well as a seating area to take in the gorgeous views. In the second bedroom, you'll find two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo
If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.
Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.
For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and Free WiF. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.
Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities.
Age requirement is 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

We LOVE Edgewater. We've stayed here just about every year for the past 30 years! We've been very fortunate to book well-maintained units (I think all but one year), everything on the menu at Ocean's is always amazing, and the pool is THE best.

Beds were comfortable, linens were nice, and space was very clean. Resort was easy to navigate and parking was easy. Good location. Highly recommend!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! From the gorgeous views off the balcony to the incredibly comfortable beds, we couldn’t recommend this property more. Our kids loved all of the resort’s amenities and my husband and I felt very impressed with the staff on site by the pool, the beach, and the restaurant :)
