This accessible vacation home is located in a quiet area in the historic harbor district of Warnemünde—just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the promenade, and the fishing harbor.
The 120 m² house has two entrances, one of which is at ground level and step-free. This allows easy access for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility.
The Space:
Your holiday home includes a secure parking space near the accommodation.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining area with a beautiful view of the Alter Strom. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped—with an induction hob, oven, two types of coffee machines, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment—and offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering vacation.The spacious, barrier-free bathroom has a floor-level shower, a grab rail on the toilet (foldable), and sufficient space for wheelchair users to move around comfortably.
Wide doors, threshold-free transitions, and a clearly structured floor plan ensure orientation and a high level of living comfort for guests of all ages. Thanks to its central location on the Alter Strom, you can reach restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities, and the waterfront promenade in just a few minutes, while still living in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal for couples, families, and anyone who wants to combine maritime flair with relaxation.
Upstairs, two terraces invite you to linger – one with a view of the Alter Strom, the bridge, and the passing ships, the other quietly located at the rear, perfect for sunbathing.
All beds in the house are a comfortable 2.20 m long.
In the bedroom on the ground floor, there is a 1.80 x 2.20 m double bed, and in the open upper sleeping area, there are 3 single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.20 m.
The mandatory visitor's tax is already included in the rental price and will not be charged separately.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
We ask for your understanding that parties or other events are not permitted on the premises.
