Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top, plus a TV.
Bedroom #4 includes a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top, plus a TV.
Two of the bathrooms include a soaking tub and separate shower, offering extra space and comfort. The third full bathroom provides additional convenience for larger groups.

Guests access the home via a keypad code provided on the morning of your check in.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and in the pool area. A $500 fee per occurrence will be charged if there is evidence of smoking.
COMMUNITY RULES
This home is located in a gated community. There is no access to the community clubhouse and no street parking allowed.
GARAGE DOOR OPENER
The garage remote must be returned to the kitchen counter before checkout. A $50 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.
TRASH DISPOSAL
To avoid HOA fines and keep the property clean, please follow the community trash schedule:
• Tuesday – Blue Container (Recycling)
Place at the curb the night before or by 6:00 AM Tuesday.
• Friday – Brown Container (Trash)
Place at the curb the night before or by 6:00 AM Friday.
POOL & SPA HEATING (OPTIONAL)
Pool and spa heating is available for $40 per night and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
The heater takes approximately 10 hours to reach temperature. The pool heats up to approximately 87°F. If spa-only heat is requested, pool circulation will temporarily stop while the spa heats above 100°F.
Please message us through Airbnb 24–48 hours before arrival if you would like pool heat added.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions or service requests via the messenger, or you can call us. Check in and check out is remote, with keypad entry. Detailed instructions and keypad codes will be sent the day of check in.
