Overview
A rural location enhanced by lemon and orange groves, yet only 5 minutes south of the Interstate 4, and just off highway 27 so you have easy access to the Disney theme parks and other central Florida attractions. And if the theme parks get too much, take some time out to chill on the beach. It is only 40 minutes to the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. This villa offers open plan living at it’s best with it’s fantastic social design. Room for the whole family to relax and dine together, yet with plenty of choice if you want to find your own quiet spot to read a book or listen to music.
The villa sleeps up to 10 in comfort with 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite facilities plus a fourth family bathroom means there’s no queues before an early start to the parks! One of the ensuite bedrooms is located on the ground floor making this villa ideal if you have guests with restricted mobility in the party. All this backing onto a private South/West facing pool deck.

It is close to many shops and restaurants giving a great choice of dining locations. All tastes are catered for whether it be a fast food choice or fine dining, all are not too far away. The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.
*Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $30 per day.

Nick was very friendly und reacted within a few Hours if we needed anything! Very pleasant:) We enjoyed the stay with all the amenities. We especially liked the billiard table in the garage, and the children plates so you dont have to worry with the Kids. There were also stroller and Kids seats although we did Not Need them. The furniture is slightly outdated and could use some repair but nothing that does mind us at any time.We would book again!

This house well organized and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We had a very relaxing time at this Home. I would recommend this home for a family vacation.

The pool was appreciated as were the games in garage. The house was a good size overall but kitchen too small
for a 10 person home with older appliances. Stove elements were loose. The table in kitchen seated 4. Island had two stools too short to be used with raised counter.
