The house and gated community was amazing. House could use some fresh paint and sprayed for the caterpillars, plus maybe more kitchen utensils. We stayed for 2 weeks and nothing stoped or ruined our time or stay ! Would go back again !!

House & pool were large and spacious to accommodate our family. The location and community were great. The house does require a through cleaning and carpets need replacing. The property managers were awesome and very attentive to our needs. Kudos to them!

Positives:
-Comfortable bed/pillows in main bedroom
- great communication with manager, any issues were responded to immediately (pool was really dirty and dryer wouldnt turn on)
- pool heat was really warm
-comfortable pool loungers
-great neighborhood
- kitchen appliances are great
- large house
Negatives:
- a ton of little bugs in the ensuite bathroom (counter)…. Like dozens and dozens.
- house needs a deep clean, carpet is really dirty and the walls especially going upstairs and the upstairs in general are really dirty
-bottom of pool area inclosure is let go so a lot of debris and bugs get in
-cleaning of pool deck should be done regularly, a lot of debris that blows into the pool
- couch needs a good cleaning (stains and pet hair present)
- not enough face cloths so we did laundry often and ended up purchasing our own
- A lot of things are broken or near broken (patio door handle, front of cabinet in kitchen, 3 of 4 toilets required us to lift top of flushbox to pull on chain to get them to fill, plug on right side of bed in master bedroom is loose so hard to use, dryer does not consistently work- either doesnt shut off or shuts off when not dry and doesn't alarm so i assume there is a connection issue)
- all batteries in remotes need to be replaced regularly.
-track for patio door is filthy so the door doesnt close properly- almost came out of track. The lock is really tricky to get to lock too.
If these negatives were fixed it would be quite a lovely place

Would have gave it a five star rating if it weren’t for the horrible check in experience we had. We live 12 hours away and arrived late, but check in was after 4 pm. We received a code for the gate and the house, but the door code did not work as promised, so we were stuck with nowhere to go. It was midnight at this point and had nowhere to stay with my two little kids. We were forced to get a hotel for the night. Tried to contact manager about it but never had a follow up. Did not even offer to reimburse for hotel or the night we never used because we couldn’t get in the house. We were able to get in the next day, but they treated it like we didn’t know how to unlock the door. I used to install doors and windows with those same locks for a living, so it’s not like I was clueless. Regardless, the house itself is fine. It’s a very nice location and we still had fun. Just wouldn’t go with this company again.
