About this house rental
Welcome to the Sunset Villa Resort in Marbella North, one of central Florida’s premier gated resort communities. Ideally located just minutes away from the Disney theme parks, our home provides everything you’ll need on your next trip to the Sunshine State. As you enter our home, you’ll be greeted by a sense of luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Soaring vaulted ceilings and an open concept layout provide the perfect setting for leisure and entertainment.
Sleeping accommodations are divided between the first and second floors. On the main floor, you’ll find a magnificent master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large ensuite and a private screen door that leads to our pool area. On the upper floor, you’ll find a second master that features an indulgent queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite. Our three other bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, a double, and a nautically-styled twin room that children will be delighted to sleep in.
Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need to prepare poolside snacks or a gourmet dinner, while our bright and airy family room is the perfect place to unwind after a day spent exploring all that Florida has to offer. You can watch your favourite movie on our large, high-definition television, or simply relax while enjoying a drink.
And that’s not all! Step outside and sample the joys of poolside living. Our spacious patio is appointed with a selection of tables, chairs and loungers for your complete comfort, while the lush, tropical landscaping provides all the privacy you’ll need. Our screened in backyard is ideal for enjoying a refreshing swim or a therapeutic session in our adjoining spill-over spa. Our west-facing backyard means you’ll always have the perfect view of the sunset, while pool lighting makes it perfect to dine al fresco under the stars. Located on a quiet court, our home has no front or backyard neighbours. It is truly an oasis!
Our home also boasts many extra features, including complementary high-speed Internet, phone which includes LD within the US and to Canada, a generously equipped games room which includes pool and air hockey table, and a private community tennis court that is the envy of many neighbouring resorts. You will be spoiled for choice!

Property very immaculately cleaned. Kind of skimpy on supples - dish soap, no wash clothes,Dishwasher soap. We felt not ideal for seniors. No railings in pool or hot tub. I injured myself getting out of hot tub. Large tub in master bath- no handrails to help getting out of high sided tub. The hot tub never did get hot but only slightly warm. Despite all this we enjoyed our stay with family members,

We wanted to love this home. It’s very nice in many ways. If you need a larger house with room for more than one family, this one works for sleeping.
The decor is appealing and the house is clean with a few exceptions ~ one being the stains on the carpet in the main floor bedroom. This being the master bed seemed a bit small, but not terrible.
The comfort factor was a big issue for us. The family room needs attention. There are two smaller couches and neither are comfortable for kicking back and watching tv. Very stiff. There’s nothing to put your feet up on either. I can’t see how more than one family could enjoy gathering in there.
The big kitchen counter is good but no bar stools. Definitely could benefit from additional seating and an ottoman.
As for entertainment, the home is not equipped with any premium movie channels. Basic cable. We had trouble with it and had to have a service tech come out to change everything. For 6k rental per-month, it would be good to at least offer one movie channel other than free on demand.
Also we were shocked to arrive late in the day and wake the following morning to realize there was nothing there to get us started. Not a sugar packet, a new salt and pepper set or a dishwasher pod. Nothing unhealthy or unsafe about a small box of sealed sugar packs.
The pool deck area is EXTREMELY narrow. Pics don’t show this. Very tight space. Nice view though.
We had issues with the alarm too.
Owners are responsive.
Neighbors are mostly quiet.
