About this house rental
Come enjoy the fun and diverse Atlanta area! This home is in a quiet neighborhood in the Lilburn community just 5 minutes from beautiful Stone Mountain Park, 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and it comfortably fits 19 people. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large front and back yard, and a covered front and back porch perfect for cookouts. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and grocery and retail stores are conveniently close. Come experience the perfect home away from home!
This is a split-level home that has a main level, upper level, and a finished basement. The basement is not available for rent at this time. There is one half bathroom on the main level and there are two full bathrooms on the upper level, one of which is in the master bedroom.
What is stated regarding the number of people this place can sleep is based on 2 people sleeping on each queen size bed, and 1 person sleeping on each twin size bed. If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this house will sleep less people, than what is stated on the listing. Please review the pictures of the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements to determine if this place will suit your sleeping needs.
The guest suite in the basement will be occupied during your stay, by one of the hosts of the property. The basement has a private entrance from the outside. The occupant in the guest suite will not have access to the upper level of the home, and the occupant of the upper level of the home will not has access to the guest suite in the basement.
You will be able to access every space except the basement and the garage. There is enough parking space for 8 vehicles outside of the garage.
