The home is spacious and comfortable located just 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta (16.7 miles). The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors and close to restaurants, retail stores, and grocery stores.
This is a split level home with a basement apartment that will possibly be rented by another guest during your stay.
The upper level of the home that you will be booking has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 20 people. Come have a comfortable stay in your home away from home.
What is stated regarding the number of people this place can sleep is based on 2 people sleeping on each queen size bed, 2 people sleeping on each full-size bed, and 1 person sleeping on each twin size bed. If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this house will sleep less people, than what is stated on the listing. Please review the pictures of the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements to determine if this place will suit your sleeping needs.
As stated above, the basement level of the home may be rented by another guest during your stay, and if it is then the laundry room on the property will be shared. This place was perfect for my family. We had a group of 17 and needed a place big enough to accommodate sleeping 17 people with 2 people sleeping in each queen sized bed and 2 people sleeping in each full sized bed. 8 of the beds are twin sized beds, 3 of which are twin sized air mattresses and 2 of which are trundle beds. The trundle beds are sturdy enough for adults but we had the kids sleep on them. The back yard is huge and there is a large back deck that was perfect for cooking out. I will definitely book this place again in the near future for a family function.

Beds are not accurate. There are 2 full beds in each room instead of a “twin & double” plus all 3 air mattresses do not work at all.
