Smoking Marijuana / Lighting fireworks on the property are not permitted. If you choose to violate the above rule you will forfeit your stay and all guests will be immediately removed from the property. No Expectation. As a reminder, the person booking the home is responsible for the actions of all guests in the home during your stay (I am disappointed that I have to put this information in my add but it's necessary).
The nightly rate is for up to 14 guests. There is an additional charge of $20 per person per night.
***The steps going to the lower level are off-limits**** There are two self-contained apartments in the basement of this home. One is occupied by long-term tenants who assist with maintaining the property and for security reasons, particularly when the house is not being rented. The other is occupied by the owner when he is in the U.S. The tenants and owner do not have access to the upper level. Please don’t let their presence stop you from having fun and enjoying the home. Do what you would at your own home: laugh, cook, play music, dance and have a great time.
Located in Stone Mountain (Gwinnett County) - the perfect space for families/individuals wanting peaceful, private, entertaining accommodations offering whole house rental. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, furnished. House includes a formal dining room, family room, kitchen, and wrap-around covered furnished patio.
I want you to drop your bags, kick your shoes off, and feel right at home! All rooms have large flat-screen TVs with digital cable. If you need to work while visiting, feel free to jump on the high-speed Wi-Fi. If you enjoy cooking you will love the expansive kitchen! If you prefer to eat out, you have many options just a few miles away. This house is large enough for everyone to spread out and have their privacy or come together without feeling crowded. Guests will have full access to the main and upper levels of the house, including the gorgeous wrap-around porch. For those traveling with children, the front yard is fenced in and the backyard is very private and set far away from the road. The house offers ample off-street parking so larger groups will have no problems.
**As a reminder, all local ordinances will be followed when renting this property. No loud noise, No DJ and all music must be kept moderately low.
Amenities include Internet & flat-screen television with cable in every bedroom, Full-sized washer and dryer, Microwave, Double Convection Oven, Dishwasher, Dishes, an expansive array of culinary utensils, stainless steel pots, and pans, various other electric appliances for your convenience.
As an additional safety precaution, the individual booking the home must connect with the owner on social media prior to check-in. This is a residential neighborhood and the local noise ordinance is enforced. Wine in pictures is not included.

This home is amazing! A wonderful royal estate. We had our wedding here. The host allowed us to tour ahead of time and answered all questions in a timely manner. The pictures don’t give the home any justice. It’s amazing.

The property was perfect for our Christmas holiday family gathering. It was clean, and the linen on the beds was high quality. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare a holiday feast. The only negative was not having bath mats to exit the tubs and showers.
The host was professional and responsive to our needs. It is a great property, and we highly recommend it.

Communication with the host and property manager is very difficult, and check-in was a debacle. We never received written instructions despite repeated requests and literally stood outside the door waiting for an entry code. The security system malfunctioned and alarms went off repeatedly until someone came to disconnect the system. There was a drapery rod hanging off the wall, an exterior door that did not lock, and a heavy glass shower door that pulled out of the wall. Suggest you inquire about repairs before renting.
