The location was great, right around the corner from the aquarium and museums. The amenities were great!
Could have used bigger signs to show exactly where to park! But understood clearly after getting a boot on my car!

It was situated squarely between Georgia Tech and the convention center very near sites like the CFB Hall of Fame or the Coca-Cola museum that surround Centennial Park. It was a reasonable walk to the convention center. It was incredibly spacious, well appointed, comfortable and priced reasonably. The instructions for using the property were also clear.
The hallways smelled constantly of marijuana and cigarette smoke permeated from the apartment next door. It is across the street from the Atlanta Mission and next to an abandoned lot which made some in our party uncomfortable after dark, although there were no actual safety issues. It was great to have a kitchen, but it was incredibly far to find a place to buy groceries. I walked it, but it is not for the faint of heart. The amenities were extensive (gym, pool, cornhole, bowling, etc), but some things like the provided grill, one elevator and bowling seemed to be broken for at least part of the 4 night stay. Lastly, the intense traffic getting on and off I-75 can make it challenging to cross streets or drive in the area during rush hours. For example, I had one Lyft just cancel on me due to the traffic.

Great location, very safe/secure building, the apartment was clean and comfortable, very clear directions for parking/key/facility
Room had a lingering cigarette smell and looked like the doors had been punched/kicked in and then painted over/fixed poorly. Nearly impossible to not have the showers leak out onto the floor.
