Located in a peaceful area close to all amenities. 2 minutes from the forest, 5 minutes from the unmissable market of La Teste and the oyster port and its salt marshes and freshwater marshes, an unusual place to discover!
About 10 minutes from the Arcachon golf course, the beaches of the basin and 13 minutes from Pyla and the ocean beaches. Opposite the house is a pretty park for children.

Moments of relaxation await you around the swimming pool (secure electric tarpaulin, Oré Enco ss French patent) with its large terrace equipped with garden furniture, sunbeds, 1 large plancha... (1 large teak table + 8 chairs, 6 sunbeds available). Another sheltered terrace will allow you to have an aperitif or your meals in the shade.

The villa consists of a bright living room with Wi-fi, with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, raclette machine, food processor/blender, blender, crockery for 8 people).
