Bike rides are numerous (possibility of having the bikes delivered)

Under the pretty cathedral roof, discover the kitchen-living room area.
• Perfectly equipped, the kitchen and its large central island will allow you to share good times all together!
• The living room offers a 127 cm TV, a wood stove and a large bay window opening onto the terrace: without realizing it, you go from the inside to the outside!!

On the night side, our Villa offers 4 bedrooms:
- The master suite (double bed 160 cm) with direct access to the Terrace-Pool has its bathroom and dressing room.
- The 2 adjoining bedrooms (2 double beds 160 and 140 cm) share a second bathroom.
- The 4th bedroom (double bed 140 cm) "cabin style" is independent of the villa. It is equipped with its own bathroom/toilet and has direct access to the Terrace-Pool.

The Villa is on one level and the passageway that surrounds it allows you to access all the rooms very easily.
Thanks to its perfect exposure, you can enjoy the terrace and its deckchairs all day long.
Depending on your mood, you can alternate rest and entertainment by diving into the large swimming pool (4x8 m - heated from mid-May to September).
The outdoor bar awaits you for an aperitif and you
can enjoy the terrace (lit up in the evening) to enjoy the grilled meats you have prepared on the BBQ!

Noise pollution:
Parties and group events are forbidden

Organization:
For the respect of the tenants succeeding you, it is requested to put the garden furniture that may be moved.

Tobacco:
For everyone's respect, smoking is not allowed inside

Swimming pool:
It is strictly forbidden to manipulate the pool heat pump or even to change the temperature settings: this could cause irreparable damage to the equipment (the repair costs would then be at your expense).
The pool alarm must not be deactivated.
For reasons of comfort, it is strongly recommended to use the outdoor shower before swimming.
it is forbidden to throw heavy equipment in the pool, this would damage the Liner (the repair costs would then be at your expense).

THIERRY (the pool builder) COMES ONCE A WEEK FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE POOL AND THE VERIFICATION OF THE PARAMETERS.
