The whole building is new and the facilities are new and looked modern.
I saw some dust on the bed mattress but it is minor issues
I can follow the instructions and get into my room, so it is fine. I cannot see any balcony for my room, and I recalled that for the room type I chose, it should have a balcony. Also the customer support is unfriendly and rejected all my requests that I just followed Agoda's instruction on the web form.
It even called me at my long distance call threatening that the check-in is 10pm. There was terrible traffic jam on train and then on bus and we were rushing there by the last minute. When your apartment positioned yourself as self-serve, you should bear the risk that It customer may check in later. Agoda says people can ride on bicycle for this apartment but the briefing notes never say so. I just recalled this on my last day of stay and it was too late.
The location is good for people who drive, but not recommended for people who dun drive, becoz the buses passing that place is not frequent. I waited for long time for a bus and then it drove slowly.

Wonderful stay at Beppu Sento!
Easy twenty minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes by bus. Bus stop is 3 minutes away walking. Had some issues getting into the building, but staff was quick to respond. Room was big enough for three adults. Private onsen was easy to reserve, and very relaxing. Made it easy to forgo the bath/shower in our room every night.
Best part of our stay: Rooftop had an incredible view of the city, and with the foot bath, a relaxing way to take in the city. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, and will be back for another stay!!!

A very nice stay I had at Beppu Sento. The digital codes works out the memory a little.
Restaurants, supermarket, etc are all nearby and free parking for the room is out front.

We've spent 2 nights at the hotel and it was nice experience. The bookable onsen room was great and enjoyable. Minor problem we experienced was that no nearby pay carpark in which we had a problem with for one of the nights.
