    We had a wonderful stay at Sanso Matsuya. The dinner was absolutely delicious, and the onsen was peaceful and relaxing. However, what impressed us the most was the incredible kindness of the staff. Due to the heavy rain, our original transportation was canceled, but they kindly suggested an alternative route and even came all the way to Mukainoharu Station to pick us up. Thanks to their help, we were able to reach the ryokan safely despite the difficult weather. The next morning, I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and they kindly drove back and forth twice to help me retrieve them. I felt so sorry for the inconvenience, but I was truly touched by their generosity and hospitality. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to come back again someday.

    酒店偏離傳統溫泉區域，卻有另一番寧靜之美。一泊兩食好多嘢食，但又唔係好好味，不過附近冇食肆冇便利店，叫做好好享受寧靜嘅兩日一夜。房間有私人風呂係正嘅，不過冇景睇，仲有兩三間公共風呂可以排隊用。
