    We had a lovely stay at AMANEK Beppu, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our Kyushu trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore Beppu. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. The highlight for our family was definitely the onsen. It was the children’s first proper onsen experience, and to our surprise, they absolutely loved it. After a day of walking around Beppu, being able to come back and enjoy a relaxing soak made the stay even more special. The room was comfortable for our family, and the facilities provided were thoughtful and convenient. Beppu left such a lovely impression on us, and staying at AMANEK made the experience even better. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

    Within a short walk from Beppu station. you can easily locate the hotel from beppu station. hotel lobby is bright and comfortable. Room is good size for japan standard. the only unpleasant experience is with the chinese lady staff in specs, working on 25th Aug morning. She seems unwelcoming and have some attitude problem.

    Friendly staffs. Nice clean hotel. Room is spacious but AC is not cooling very well. Coin laundry available. Onsen is good but need better ventilation. Stairs to the rooftop need better ventilation and cleaning because it’s wet all the time. Good location. Discount parking available at nearby building.

    location wise is soso, much better options out there. staff not very responsive. building looks nicely kept.
