    It was near to the malls and restaurants. If you have errands in Makati you can consider this place if you are not sensitive to the noise from the streets as the hotel is not soundproof and it is beside stoplight. You can hear the vehicles outside especially during peak hours. There were some small cockroaches roaming in the room as well but overall it was affordable and budget friendly.

    Hotel is clean, shower is hot and nice. Staff is excellent, price is great! Free purified water and a big fridge to share. My only issue is the roaches. You have to leave the lights on in the bathroom so the small roaches won't come out. You have to leave the bedside lights on to keep away the roaches. Everything else was great. Walking distance to everything!!!

    Internet connection bad, the connection was lost on the night of the first stay. Aircon was located just beside the bed you'll be freezing the next day you wake up, and trash bin too small fir a day. Staff are nice tho.
