Great little apartment in Makati. 10 mins from the malls and nightlife area with an excellent view of the city from the bedroom and balcony. Didn't interact much with building staff as it's a self serviced apartment, but the owner/manager was very helpful and responsive to questions.
The couch and living area is a bit small but it's adequate enough for 1 person, toilet clogs up sometimes but a plunger is provided.

It’s a nice condo, not very big, well-maintained and clean, with new and modern furniture, a balcony, TV, washing machine, a good location in Makati, and the building is very clean and well-kept.
The toilet keeps getting clogged. There is no curtain to block more of the light, and those blinds don’t block the light. The washing machine cannot wash clothes at a desired temperature, and the water supply hose for the washing machine is leaking. In the bathroom, there is a very noisy fan. I hope the owner will fix these issues.

The property was outstanding. Brand new fixtures and fittings. Clean and smelt amazing. Had all the amenity you would need. Including towels. Free WiFi a massive to with free Netflix. The property has a 24hr front desk and attached is a convenience store. The host was also very friendly, quick to reply on WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there again
