    The hotel is incredibly clean, with rooms that are well-maintained . The staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in Boracay.

    Wifi and Aircon issue in first room. A few pests noticed but not bad. Host came to try to fix issues however, unable to fix in the room. Host provided 2nd room as alternative. Wifi was better when i got to 2nd but then stopped working few days later. Wifi wasnt a huge issue for me, but should be double checked prior to next guest entering. Had these minor inconveniences never happened, i would have given top review. Aside from those, my stay was good. The host was friendly and attempted to solve the issues as best as they could, which was appreciated.

    As per the receptionist, they are not engaged or affiliated with any booking app, unless we provided a specific unit room number. Since the receptionist asked for a unit room number, I checked in the property details, there was no mentioned unit and no instruction what to present to the receptionist. I called the property owner through the number posted in the booking, however, it does not go through. Thankful for agoda customer service for processing full refund. This should be removed here in the listings as this is a scam unit. Do not book here.
