    It was raining heavily when we arrived after walking from Greenbelt 5. We got there around 2:00 PM, and the lobby was completely empty except for the security guard by the main entrance. Honestly, it didn’t feel very welcoming when we arrived. The security guard checked my name and then called the front desk because there was no one there. We were told that our room wasn’t ready yet at 2:00 PM. I let it pass because I understand that things can get busy, especially during rainy weather. Since it was raining cats and dogs outside, though, my daughter and I decided to just go somewhere else while waiting. We booked a Grab and returned around 3:30 PM. The room layout was as expected based on the photos on Agoda. I had planned to do some work during the stay since I was there to check on something, but that was already done, so we just stayed in the room. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was indeed super slow. If you’re planning to work using the hotel Wi-Fi, don’t expect a good connection. I could barely get any work done, even when it was already midnight. Checking the room at checkout also took longer than usual, at least in my experience. If you have a flight to catch, I would suggest allowing an extra **15–30 minutes** for the room to be checked before you leave. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel if you have things to do around Makati, particularly in the Legazpi Village area. The location is definitely one of its strongest points.

    Its my first time personally booking a stay with KL and would definitely recommend it. Initially booked a different date but had to cancel due to the typhoon and the flooding, I had called their front desk and was accommodated just within the day and they immediately rebooked my stay. Their staffs especially the front desk associates were really welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean and their facilities were also great.

    No bidet, Water heater for coffee is leaking, we had to call for it to be replaced, TV in the bedroom is not working, the loft room we checked into did not really look well maintained. Looks different in the photo reference.
