    I always book here if I have to go to Manila for its price. The place is accessible via commute, it's 1 KM walk from Circuit Mall, and some meters walk from Shopwise, and probably few KM walks as well to go to (RCBC). There is a church beside the property, and sometimes the sounds will be heared in your room. There are not much food stalls outside, but there's a Pares few walks away every weekdays around 5 PM onwards. There's a resident cat as well, usually hanging around outside (front door). No WIFI, but the signal is good.

    The location was perfect and the room was very clean. I stayed in a 4-occupant dorm-type room.. each bed was equipped with a privacy curtain and power outlets and each occupant were also provided with separate lockers and drawers. The only issue for me was the unavailability of Wi-Fi in rooms. It is available in the common areas but I got a lot of insect bites (not sure if mites or mosquitoes) when I stayed there to work. I had no choice but to go back to the room and use my mobile data instead.

    Good for its price. It's hard to find a bedspace area in Makati where there's an aircon, a dedicated bed with towel and a thick blanket, with a big pillow. Goods for budget meal
