The location was very convenient and the room was clean. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Accessible, near convenience stores and food establishments, 5 mins walk from RCBC, Ayala North Exhange, Makati Med. Rooms have high ceilings, have a mini fridge, kitchenette, microwave, study tables, closet..Good value for money.
Cleanliness is really an issue. The bathroom layout is also not good as there is no shower enclosure. There is a weird smell in the room and even in the lobby. Bedsheets and towels seem not clean and with stains. Hallways are dark. Staff is not welcoming, and the check in- checkout process is not really smooth - there is no dedicated staff only security guards who don't know how to deal with guests. Aircon was really noisy and leaking inside the room.
