Central Bishop Auckland 2BR Home Walk to Town

The house was in a great location for our stay, an easy walk to the Market Place to get the Kynren shuttle bus. It was a quiet street. There was plenty of parking on the street and we were able to park right outside the house. It was spotlessly clean. The shower was powerful and hot. There were a couple of issues with the appliances but we were told about these before we arrived and did not impact us as we were not going to use them. The communication was excellent and very prompt responses. ASDA was a very short walk away.

We had to view all TV via the apps such as BBC iPlayer, it was difficult to figure out initially. It would have been useful to have had more glasses and a few things were missing in the kitchen but we told them directly about these small issues.

Proximity to supermarket and town centre

No instructions for the tv we could not operate the channels after a couple of days we managed to sign into our Netflix account so could access that but we could not get any news channels etc. No instructions on the recycling at the property different areas have different rules .

Location was good .

Had a few problems with shower flooding the dining room .Had to be moved to different property Not ideal
