My children loved that there was a playground! I didn’t expect there to be one. We all loved having a sliding glass door in the back that opened to an area to grill and had a picnic table. The locks on the door were much easier to use than trying to keep track of a key card.
The floors could have been cleaner - they need a thorough sweeping AND mopping. It needed the mildew above the shower to be cleaned.

We liked the location, close to everything and in a quieter area, right outside the town of Lake George, with a nice view of the mountain. The rooms were clean, so was the pool and the jacuzzi. We had just enough kitchen utensils and plates that we needed.
Not a lot of things, maybe add more soap and tissues for the bathroom and kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable.
No iron. blow dryer. Hard to pump body wash from dispenser. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Steps way too high to get in the room

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were great.
The room we received was outdated, had damage in the bathroom, and the pull out sofa was covered in stains so our fourth guest slept on the floor. The bathroom did not have hand soap and the room was not as clean as it could have been.
