We had a great time! So much comes with your stay. It was so worth it, my kids loved the shows and all the Christmas lights, decorations and fun. The water park is so fun. Overall great experience.

Staff were AMAZING! The room was perfect! Food was better than expected. Plus, the whole ambiance of the lodge decorated for the holidays was sweet. And of course, the waterpark was incredible.
However, there were two things that made the stay less than ideal. First, we showed up a few hours before check-in to be greeted by a locked door. I guess we just assumed this would be more like a hotel, essentially open 24/7. Not so. So we had to spend a few hours entertaining a 5-year-old at the local mall. Not a huge deal, but I wish this had been made clear upon making a reservation.
The other issue we had is that there are 8 charging stations for EVs, and not ONE was functioning. There are also no charging stations for overnight guests at all. This meant that I had to find a nearby charging station and essentially lose a couple of hours to recharge my car.
All in all, the stay was great. I would go full 5 stars, or even 4.5 if it was an option...but if they made improvements to the above areas, it would have been 5/5 perfect!
