    Room was good size but pillows were way too soft. Do not recommend getting breakfast there because it was cold and just not good. Location convenient and kept up nice.

    We honestly loved the staff in this hotel! The waterpark was super clean and lifeguards were super attentive. Overall the building and amenities were great. We had an awesome meal at the Wings place downstairs, everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the room was in disrepair. The pull out couch was broken and the mattress was falling through the bottom which was inconvenient at 11pm, and the air conditioner was leaking on the carpet inside the room. It was late to get a repair, so I just told them the next morning. We really loved the location and proximity to Great Escape, and it is so close to Lake George and all the fun shopping and restaurants. Worth checking it out. I am hoping they take the time to make repairs to the rooms because the amenities and staff are definitely the star of this show.

    Overall experience was OK but I would not recommend staying at this location in Lake George. There was nothing special about it. Very overpriced for what is included and very misleading about what is actually included so make sure if you choose to stay here u read the fine print.
