The Seaside Loft | Sleeps 6 | Central Folkestone

The property was clean, well presented and easy to get to from the main road. The entire apartment block was well kept. The flat is located im the town centre. All amenities literally at your door step. Beach is 10 mins walk away. Shops and restaurants scattered all around. Museums, parks, and multiple see fronts to relax by. The most outstanding aspect was the host Nicole, she was patient, answered every query promptly and even went as far as to show us how to use the sofa bed. I appreciated her time and effort in ensuring we were comfortable.

The lift malfunctioned, but the stairs has beautiful features so going up and down was still ok.

The location was good, very clean and easy to check in

Clean, comfortable & whilst managers had to contact us ahead of arrival to highlight a potential issue, they went out or their way to resolve before our arrival. Excellent customer service, alongside well located apartment.

3rd floor apartment & lift in building out of order - incovenient as no mobility issues but could be an issue to others. Communal areas not particularly clean. Not sure if managers have any responsibility or influence but something for the building management company.
