It was very clean. Decor was tasteful and new. We had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay. Parking was free between 6pm and 8am if you could get a space which we were able to find - we had 2 free hours after that then needed to find alternative parking.
I thought it would be larger. Could have done with some more storage for clothes. Had to pay £100 extra - returnable deposit. I am waiting for that.

Very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff.
We could have done with a little bit of milk in order to make tea or coffee. Even a few little sachets. And the hand wash, the shampoo and the body wash was all in one, which feels a bit strange. But those point are really just nitpicking, as overall the place was great and I would totally go back.

Third floor room, many stairs. Cleaner entered my room without knocking. Returned to say I was not booked for a third night!! Did not return to say that they had made an error.
