Stylish Eco Aparthotel in Folkestone

It was well Location, and the staff were responsive and helpful

Room Was small And it was v noisy , also quite hot as no air con.

Central walking distance to every thing

We was in the loft number 16 Both over 60 found it hard work getting up and down

Great location for easy walking access to the town, beach and harbour etc… Really cleverly designed and had all you’d need for a short stopover with kitchen facilities of fridge microwave kettle etc…even a cafetière for some fresh coffee in the morning! Brilliant! Lovely shower, clean soft towels, little table to sit at…really well equipped all round Brilliant value for money

Studio 3 is right by the front door, some guests let the main door slam upon entering and exiting - nothing you can do about that, despite the polite notice asking people not to. Because it is so centrally located some people might not like being opposite the music workshop which was open til 11pm, we didn’t mind…we were up late anyway. Worst bit was the incredibly long numbers to get in both the main door and studio door, and tiny digits on the keypad, not great for people with big fingers who’ve had a drink lol Bed was quite springy and not particularly deep, but overall really pretty good.

It was well laid out.

Fridge was dirty so couldnt use it. Bed very uncomfortable Stains on carpet made it look dirty Instructions on how to use TV could have been provided in the room not just via the app so other person could use the TV Fan in bathroom did not appear to work again no instructions on this.
