The property was extremely spacious! We only stayed one night but if we had stayed longer I would have been more than happy to be there longer. It had a kitchen and bathroom. It had numerous beds and areas to sleep. It also came with a foosball table which my daughter kept running around and playing with.
The only downfall personally was that we had an early morning the next day. I believe someone lives upstairs and they have a kiddo who was running around until about 10:00 PM.

Conveniently close to the tunnel and cheaper than a local hotel for our party.
The beds weren't particularly comfortable and the ones they put up in the lounge were not suitable to a good night's sleep. I'd suggest they invest in a proper sleeper couch for the extra guests. Also one of the bedrooms had pigeons nesting and making a noise all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night. The shower was like warm, not sure if it was user error, but not what I needed after not such a great night.
