The apartment was very clean. The living/kitchen was great.

The mattresses were very soft.

Perfect location close to our friends house, and easy to park. Nice quiet area. Nice and spacious living room/kitchen, also good sized bathroom. Double room quite small but big enough and room with singles a good size.

Parts of decor definitely need some TLC. Peeling wallpaper etc so bit of updating would help. Message host Tuesday before our Saturday stay, no reply. Tried to call also no reply. Only automated messages from booking.com no other contact at all, luckily no problems or emergencies otherwise would have been stuck!!!

Spacious accommodation.

1. Smashed window on the front door that was taped up isn’t a great first impression to make you feel safe or welcomed. Cigarette butts on the floor. 2. Parking isn’t allowed out front unless you’re a permit holder so you’re meant to park across in what looks like a derelict building. 3. Building site right out the back so dust all over the windows and door. 4. Place needs a good deep clean - windows, skirting boards, extractor fans thick with dust. Don’t think windows get opened. Fusty damp smell like a wet dog or something had been there before. Not good for my son who has asthma and allergies. 5. Bath/shower is not safe if you’ve got any knee, ankle issue as it’s rounded at the bottom not flat so to stand in the shower you are balancing on a rounded bath with no handle or anything to grab if you were to slip. 6. The place needs painted, bathroom taps all peeling. Just tired and in need of some updating and maintenance work done.
