The snooker and table tennis were massive bonuses which kept us entertained whenever at the property along with the many comfy seating areas, the dish washer and washing machine really made life easier too and all catered for, we'd definitely go back no question.
Literally the only thing you don't get is a private garden, there's an out door seating area but a garden with some grass would have been a small bonus but as I've said I'd still go back just for the house.
